3. OUR ONLINE STORE
Our online store is hosted using Shopify.
Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to display and sell our products online.
Your use of third-party payment, delivery or technology services may also be subject to the applicable service provider's terms and privacy practices.
4. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
By placing an order through our store, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract.

Some Batana Babes products contain natural or naturally derived ingredients.

Such reasonable natural variation does not necessarily mean that a product is faulty or defective.

6. BARE BATANA AND TEMPERATURE-RESPONSIVE PRODUCTS
Bare Batana is an unrefined Batana oil product.
Its physical consistency may respond naturally to environmental temperature.
Bare Batana may soften, melt or become more solid depending on temperature and storage conditions.
A temperature-related change in physical texture alone does not necessarily indicate product damage or deterioration.
Customers should follow the storage and use instructions supplied with the product.
If a product arrives leaking, contaminated, with damaged packaging, with a compromised protective seal or otherwise appears unsafe or faulty, please discontinue use and contact us.
7. COSMETIC USE AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
Batana Babes products are cosmetic and personal-care products unless expressly stated otherwise.
Information provided on our website, product packaging, social media channels or other brand communications is provided for cosmetic product information and general educational purposes.
Our cosmetic products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
Information provided by Batana Babes is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment or advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Customers with known allergies, skin conditions, scalp conditions or particular sensitivities should review product ingredients and warnings before use and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
Where a product recommends a patch test, customers should follow the applicable product instructions.
If irritation or sensitivity occurs, discontinue use.
Nothing in this section affects a customer's statutory rights where a product is faulty, unsafe, contaminated, incorrectly labelled or otherwise fails to conform with applicable law.
8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We may limit the quantities of a product available for purchase where reasonably necessary, including for stock management, suspected resale abuse or suspected fraud.

Where we cancel an order after receiving payment and no product has been supplied, the relevant amount will be refunded using the applicable payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing procedures.

Store credit does not replace a cash or original-payment-method refund where the customer has a mandatory legal right to such a refund.
Promotional or discretionary store credit may be subject to separate conditions where legally permitted.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:
Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Discounts may not be combined.
